THE FEED: Diablitos Cantina Throwing Mexican Street Food Party on April 30

Just before Cinco de Mayo, Diablitos Cantina is throwing a “Mexican Street Food Revolution” party on Mon., April 30, on the restaurant’s patio.

A happy hour from 6:30 to 7:30pm will kick off the event, and a portion of the proceeds will benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of St. Louis. Admission is $35 per person.

The menu by Dibalitos chef Wil Pelly (who also cooks at Sanctuaria Wild Tapas) will feature Mexican street corn; carnitas of roasted pork, beef and veggies; exotic salsas, including chipotle-watermelon, orange-corn and black bean; pico de gallo; fresh guacamole; de lengua carnitas (tongue tacos); aguas frescas; and fresh tortilla chips plus a drink demonstration on mango-jitos.
